where a National Breed Council (NBC) has failed to produce a BSE for their breed, the ANKC will write to them advising that if a BSE has not been received by the ANKC Breed Standards Coordination Group (NBSCG) by 30 June 2009 then the NBSCG will produce the BSE without consultation with the National Breed Council.
